Buy as many ears of corn as you would like. I prefer buying one ear of corn per person at the dinner (especially because corn the next day for lunch is always delicious).
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Ears of corn
Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat.
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Put the corn on a heated grill. It takes about 15 minutes total - turning the corn twice to make sure every side gets grilled.
